terms and conditions of publication
if The Reformist wishes to publish a contribution, or an extract thereof, ('the Work'), you will be asked to agree to the following:
- you warrant that, to the best of your knowledge, the Work is true and accurate in all matters of fact.
- you warrant that you have the authority to grant publication rights in the Work to The Reformist. that is, either you are the original author and sole holder of copyright in the Work; or you have the explicit permission of all holders of copyright in the Work.
- you grant to The Reformist a non-exclusive licence to publish, re-publish and sub-license publication of the Work, in whole or in part, in any medium, including but not limited to print, speech, web page or e-book; a copyright credit will accompany any such publication.
- you understand that you will receive no payment from The Reformist for the license to publish the Work.
- you understand that you will remain the copyright holder of your own work.
- you acknowledge that The Reformist shall be the sole copyright holder of any publications it produces that contain the Work.
- you understand that you may rescind the publication license for future publications, but not retrospectively; that is, The Reformist will not recall publications from circulation.
